A passion for interior spaces
Owner Marianne Gilfenbain has over 20 years experience providing home decor and accessory consultation. She has been an advisor/ stylist for home decor book and catalog photo projects, and is the "go-to" gal for finding the best-of-the-best in all areas of home design.
In addition, with a collector's eye, Marianne searches flea markets and small unknown antique stores to find the perfect accessory to finish a room. Adding collected items such as an origianl 1830's lithograph hand painted botanical, or an authentic oil painting, art books, authentic African masks worn in harvest celebration, carved boxes, carved candle sticks, unique pottery, etc., all finish a contemporary or traditional room.
Marianne’s passion for home décor started with a pillow and accessory business where she supplied high-end stores with designed vintage inspired pillows and accessories. With an eye for detail, Marianne was hired to stage photo shoots for home décor books and catalogs. She has been hired to stage apartments for a quick rental. Two years ago she completed an entire interior and exterior home renovation that included designing kitchen and bathroom renovations, built in cabinets, paneling, flooring, designed exterior paneling and roofing and finished with home décor.
